DELIVERY
All orders are posted Free of charge within the UK, including Northern Ireland and IOM. All orders for rubber stamps completed by 11am (Mon-Fri – excluding bank holidays and shop closures) will be dispatched the same day by Royal mail 48 delivery service. (normally takes 2/3 days) Please note any orders placed after noon on Friday will be posted on Monday. Express Royal mail services are available for urgent orders at checkout.

RETURNS
As each stamp is personalised to your own specifications, we can only accept returned stamps if supplied incorrect to the details on your order or if the product is faulty. In such circumstances we will be happy to send a replacement or offer a refund. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to enter and check details when placing an order. Refunds may NOT be given on fraudulent orders.

NON DELIVERY/MISSING GOODS
In the unlikely event of undelivered items, please inform us within 1 week of placing your order if your goods have not arrived. We will then contact Royal mail on your behalf, however due to their terms and conditions this may take up to 15 days. We will always endeavour to replace any lost items to avoid disappointment.

CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel any orders without reason. To avoid fraud, we can only manufacture certain official stamps when posted to the company named on the stamp. Eg. Doctors surgeries, solicitors offices etc. In such circumstances where official authorisation has not been approved your order may be cancelled. Refunds may not be given on fraudulent orders.

PRIVACY
Customers details will not be passed on to third parties, however occasional emails may be sent by The Rubber Stamp Company regarding our products and services.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
If goods advertised are not available The Rubber Stamp Company reserve the right to substitute products of similar design and quality. If in the unlikely event that certain goods advertised are not available you may be contacted to discuss alternative products. Please note that goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website (for example body colour)

PAYMENT
Secure Payment can be made on our website, or customers can call us with card details over the phone on 02890 325889. Payment by bacs or cheque can also be accepted if preferred. Contact us for details.
