What is the difference between a traditional and a self-inking stamp?
Traditional rubber stamps are for use with a separate inkpad while the self-inking stamps have an inkpad built in.
How many impressions do you get from a self-inking stamp?
After a few thousand impressions you may notice the ink becomes faint on your stamp.
Replacement pads are available in a variety of colours and can be ordered on our other products page or by calling us direct.
How quickly can i get my stamp?
We offer a same day dispatch on all orders for rubber stamps placed before 11am. Special delivery is available if required on urgent orders.
Can i include my own design or logo on my stamp?
Yes, we can easily include your artwork or logo. Please send as a pdf or jpeg (preferably black/whilte with resolution of at least 400 dpi if possible) We can also add additional text if required.
What is the largest rubber stamp size?
Traditional Rubber Stamps can be made in all shapes and designs up to A4 size! Send us an email or give us a call for a quote.
Do you supply circular or oval rubber stamps?
Yes, rubber stamps can be made in all shapes and sizes, and logos can be included at no extra cost.
Are discounts available on multiple orders?

What happens if my stamp is wrong?
In the event your rubber stamp is incorrect, please contact us immediately and if different from the details supplied, your order will be replaced or refunded as required.
Do you supply wholesale rubber stamps?
Yes, We offer discounted prices to regular wholesale customers. Contact us if you are interested in opening a trade account.
Why might my order be cancelled?
To avoid fraud, we can only manufacture certain official stamps when ordered through the company named on the stamp. Eg. Doctors, Government offices etc. In such circumstances where official authorisation has not been approved your order may be cancelled.
Do prices include vat?
Yes.
What is your returns policy?
As each stamp is personalised to your own specifications, we can only accept returned stamps if supplied incorrect to the details on your order or if the product is faulty. In such circumstances we will be happy to send a replacement or offer a refund.
